About the Event
When you think of Tucson, you probably think of food - like our UNESCO City of Gastronomy designation, or Tucson City Council proclaiming the “best 23 miles of Mexican food in the country” to be located right here in southern Arizona. But what about vegan food?
Tucson Originals Restaurants (TOR) is excited to announce a brand-new event for September 2025: A Purely Vegan Affair. Building upon the success of signature events like Pizza Throwdown and Brews & Bites, A Purely Vegan Affair is TOR’s first event focusing exclusively on vegan cuisine. The purpose of this event is simple: elevate plant-based, environmentally conscious dishes in a city not normally known for veganism, and highlight restaurants working to make their menus more accessible and welcoming for all.
