Each time you dine at any of our restaurants, you accumulate points for each dollar you spend.

150 points = $10 gift certificate for use at any Tucson Originals restaurant
500 max points per visit
$100 max value redeemed per visit per party (beginning July 1, 2010 - rewards redeemed may not to exceed 50% of the total bill.)

How do I sign up? Where?: Cards are free at any of our restaurant members listed. The next time you visit one our members, ask them for a card and you’ll start earning points immediately. Enjoy!
How do I transfer points from my Powercard: Contact us with both your old card number and your new card number and we’ll transfer everything over the phone or email: 877.229.7299 / support@powercard.com
I forgot to give the server my card last night. I kept the receipt. What can I do?: Go to the following website for instructions: http://www.powercard.com/forgotcard.asp
Will my old Powercard still work?: Yes, it will function just as the new Tucson Originals card, it just won’t be as pretty!
When do my transferred points show up?: Your old PowerCard points will be transferred to your new Tucson Originals account on Feb 3rd. For the points to transfer, you must have:
1) contacted us to transfer to your new TO rewards card and
2) at least run one transaction on your new TO card.
Can I get a card over the internet? Can you mail me one?: No, cards are only available at participating Tucson Originals locations.; You earn a point for every dollar spent. 150 points equals a $10.00 reward. Once you reach 150 points, the reward will be added directly to your card (like a gift card) and your balance will re-set.
How Do I Claim My Rewards?: Rewards are stored directly on the card. To redeem, simply let your server know you have a reward you would like to use. You may redeem up to $100.00 in a single visit.
What if I lose my Card?: You can get a replacement card by visiting any of the Tucson Originals restaurants. Once you get your replacement card, click here.
How do I change my personal information and email address?: To edit any of your account information, review transactions/rewards balances, click here.
What happens with my personal information?: We will never rent or sell your information to anyone - ever! Your information is stored on a secure database that can only be accessed by a few select employees. For more information on your privacy, please review our Privacy Policy.
