Copper Chef Clark andThe action was fast paced and exciting at the 2011 Tucson Culinary Festival. At the World Margarita Championship and at the Copper Chef Challenge everyone brought their “A” game….making it a very exciting weekend. And the winners are:

PEOPLES CHOICE: “Margarita Marinaterra” presented by Julio Blanco from the Marinaterra Hotel & SPA San Carlos, Sonora Mexico.
Chef Ryan Clark from Lodge on the Desert bested Chef Addam Buzzalini in a very close match to win the title of Copper Chef for 2011/12. It should be interesting to see who steps up to challenge Chef Clark in the 2012 bout….stay tuned.
