2011 Gluten Free Food Faire

Tucson Original members Lotus Garden, Jonathan’s Cork, Renee’s Organic Oven, Magpies Pizza and Tucson Tamale Company participated in the 2011 Gluten Free Food Faire held on May 1st. The overwhelming attendance and interest was a real indicator of the need for more local offerings and information on this dietary problem that affects many. PRIMAVERA COOKS! 2011

Now in its 10th year, Primavera Cooks is a great series of dining events that take place in Tucson Original restaurants from May through September. Dedicated food and wine lovers pay to become Apprentice Chefs ($250) or Apprentice Sommeliers ($150) so they plan and prepare a multi-course, wine paired dinner with a Tucson Original Chef. The public is invited to enjoy these fabulous feasts throughout the summer. Cost per person - $125 (inclusive).
