Meet Chefs Ben Rine and Jared Wren, owners of BrushFire BBQ Co. With their original location on at 2745 N. Chefs Ben and Jared are a “couple of hometown, local boys who loved to smoke meat.” A signature item, Tender Smokey Ribs, is dry rubbed with ‘Sassy Rib Rub’, slow smoked, and wet mopped for hours and hours in a wood smoker.
