Chef Quincy worked in the finest restaurants in China before moving to Tucson and opening Harvest Moon with his wife Wanda in 1999. They have been awarded the Top 100 Chinese Restaurants in USA. Harvest Moon will be hosting a week-long Chinese Festival Celebration in September which will feature an 11-course dinner with guest chefs Tony Wu and Martin Yan, of Yan Can Cook TV show.
